Delete Account

PENT. Introduction

To remove your User Account from the PENT. App, please do the flollowing steps:

Open the app: Launch the app on your mobile device.
Go to the "Your Profile" tab: On the bottom navigation bar (tabbar), find and click the icon or text labeling "Your Profile." Usually this is an icon showing a silhouette of a person or a text link to a user's profile.
Locate the "Delete Account" option: In the profile menu, search through the options or settings to find the button or link labeled "Delete Account." It may be hidden in the privacy settings or account management subsection.
Click "Delete Account." When you find the "Delete Account" option, click on it. A popup window will appear asking you to confirm.
Confirm account deletion: The popup window that appears will ask you to confirm your decision. Read the message and make sure you understand the consequences of deleting your account (e.g. loss of data, inability to restore your account, etc.). If you are sure of your decision, click the "Confirm" or "Delete" button to complete the process.
Completing the process: After confirming the deletion of your account, the application will usually log you out automatically and delete all your account-related data. You may see a message confirming the successful deletion of your account.
